How it works · Automatic dispatch

Every incident,
to the right responders.

In most command and control centers, a report goes through a dispatcher: they question the caller, look for the nearest responder, then call and brief them. In SayVU this happens automatically, in seconds. The moment a report opens, the system picks the right responders and sends what they need to know straight to their phones.

01

A report, with all
the information you need

The reporter presses a button, scans a QR code, hits a speed-dial key on a landline, or sends an automatic alert from a locked phone. A report can also come from a responder, the dispatcher, or a security camera detection.

You can also set a video call to open automatically with the report.

02

Automatic routing,
only to the people who matter

Only responders relevant to the incident receive it. You decide who gets what. The rules are flexible and easy to change. No response team? The report reaches your control center or security manager with all the information, and they contact whoever needs to respond.

Need more units? Send backup easily.

A known scenario? A predefined scenario, with groups and dispatch to posts, in two clicks.

Want to choose yourself? Manual dispatch from a list sorted by distance.

03

Responders
arrive prepared

With all the information they need, they arrive better prepared. Every responder gets what they need to know in the app:

  • Incident details, exact location and what was gathered from the scene
  • One-tap navigation in Waze or Google Maps
  • Call, chat or video directly with the reporter
  • What the rest of the team is doing: who is en route, who is watching, who declined and who arrived
  • Automatic location updates if the reporter moves
04

The control center sees
every step

Every responder on shift is on the map in real time, even on a quiet day, so you know in advance who is closest. And during an incident: who received it, exactly when, who confirmed and who arrived, down to the second. The reporter also sees the response team approaching.

05

After the incident

A full incident log for after-action review: who did what and when, what was said and what was sent. Export to PDF, and a dashboard with arrival times, heat maps and shift reports for every responder and every team.
