Throughout the mission
From departure to the end,
with close support
Four simple steps that are easy to follow. The mission opens, starts and closes, and the control center is updated at every step: what was sent, when, and what was answered.
Set the mission and risk level
Low, medium or high risk. The employee opens the mission and reads the safety guidelines set by the organization. 30 minutes before the mission starts, the control center and responders are notified and the employee's location tracking begins.
The mission starts on its own
When the employee reaches the mission area, or with a tap on "Start mission". Their location is on the control center map.
A reminder, then an alert
After 15 minutes a first check-in is sent. No answer? A reminder after 5 minutes, and one minute later, if there is still no answer, an alert opens in the control center.
Location sharing stops
With a tap, or at the scheduled end time. Outside the mission, location is not shared.
Emergency in the field
And if something goes wrong on site
The employee reports with one tap, even from a locked phone. The control center immediately sees the mission, the risk level and the location, and the system dispatches the right people.
How dispatch works →Specs
Everything in the module, in one place.
Risk levels
Low, medium and high risk, with safety guidelines for each level and each mission type your organization defines.
Mission start
Automatically when the employee reaches the mission area, or with a tap on "Start mission".
"Are you OK?" check-ins
A check-in after 15 minutes, a reminder after 5 minutes, and an alert in the control center after one more minute. Timings are configurable.
Emergency report
One tap, even from a locked phone, with voice recording, transcription and voice analysis. If there is no answer, the control center can open a report on the employee's behalf.
Privacy
Location is shared from 30 minutes before the mission starts until it ends. Defined access levels and roles, with information compartmentalized between roles.
Information security
ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Israeli privacy compliance, and periodic penetration testing.
Who it's for
Social services managers, security officers, and social workers on home visits and in community work.
No control center?
In Israel, where there is no suitable control center, our partners at Reshef Bitachon operate the control center and support field employees.
Works with the whole platform
Sample project · Israel Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs
About three years
protecting social workers
Israel's Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs has run SayVU for about three years, in regional centers in the south, center and north of the country. It protects social workers in the office, facing clients in crisis, and on home visits.
Emergency number from the desk phone
Dialing opens an alert with the worker's name, phone, exact location in the office and directions for responders, such as "exit the elevator on floor 2 and turn right".
Live audio to the control center
The controller hears what is happening in the room, even when the worker cannot speak.
Escort on the way
On the way to a location that may be dangerous, the system follows her location until she arrives safely.
Field missions
Risk level, a safety briefing before the visit, and "Are you okay?" check-ins during the mission.
Let's build your
field safety procedure together
A short intro call. It's worth inviting the department manager and the security officer.
