SayVU Technologies Ltd. ("SayVU", "we") operates the sayvu.com website and the SayVU emergency management platform. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the website or contact us, how it is used, and how to reach us about it.

Information collected on the website

The website has no forms, requires no sign-up and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

• Technical data: the website's hosting provider may log technical data that your browser sends with every visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page viewed and the time of the visit. This data is used to run and secure the website. The website is hosted by Netlify, a US company, and may be served from servers outside your country.
• Language choice: if you pick a language in the language menu, your browser stores that choice in a single cookie. See the Cookie Policy.

When you contact us

When you email contact@sayvu.com or call us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them to reply and to schedule a demo. We do not use them to send marketing, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing. Our email is handled by Google. We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

Videos and external links

Some pages include YouTube videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click a video. After the click, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and Google's privacy policy applies.

Links to social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) lead to websites we do not operate, each with its own privacy policy.

The SayVU app and control center

This policy covers the sayvu.com website. The privacy policy and terms of use of the SayVU app are in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email contact@sayvu.com, and we will respond within the time required by law. For information in the app, see the End User License Agreement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with its date.
